The Ministry of Agriculture of the Slovak Republic cancels with effect from 31st of December 2005 the independent legal subjectivity of the following state allowance organizations:

• Forest Research Institute Zvolen
• Forest Management Planning Institute Zvolen
• The Institute for Training and Education of Forestry and Water Management Staff of the SR

The Ministry of Agriculture of SR establishes on 1st of January 2006 the allowance organization:

NATIONAL FOREST CENTRE
T. G. Masaryka st. 22, SK-96092 Zvolen
Slovak Republic

with its status of legal successor.
